Terms and Conditions for Registration – SAATHI 1.0
A Parent Training Programme by INCLUSIA INDIA, in collaboration with Anand Special School

Limited Seats:
Only 20 participants will be selected for the programme. Seats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis after successful completion of the registration and shortlisting process. Registrations beyond the first 20 will be considered for the next batch – SAATHI 2.0. Candidates in waiting may be considered in case of the cancellation of any entry within the 15 calendar days from the Interaction Programme. -
Eligibility:
This programme is open only to parents or primary caregivers of children with disabilities. -
One Participant per Family:
Only one parent/caregiver from each family may register in a single batch to ensure wider outreach and effective learning. -
Minimum Age:
Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of the commencement of the sessions. -
Fees Structure:
Registration Fee : ₹2000 (Non-refundable)
Full Course Fee : ₹39,000 for the 3-month course (Payable within 7 days of registration) -
Regular Attendance Required:
Participants are expected to attend the sessions regularly. If more than 3 sessions are missed without valid reason or prior permission, the participant may be removed from the programme. No additional sessions will be arranged for those who are absent. -
No RCI Certification:
This course is not certified by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). It is purely for learning and awareness and does not guarantee any job or professional qualification. -
Purpose of the Programme:
SAATHI 1.0 is designed to enhance parenting and caregiving skills for children with special needs. It is a learning-oriented initiative focused on personal growth and family support, not for employment or academic accreditation. -

Training Certificate:
Participants will receive a Parent Training Achievement Certificate only after completing the full course and successfully participating in ongoing learning assessments. This certificate reflects learning and participation, not academic or professional certification. -
Right to Modify or Cancel:
Inclusia India and/or Anand Special School reserve the right to modify the training schedule, session timings, or resource persons if required. Participants will be informed in advance of any changes. -
Participation is Voluntary:
All participation in activities, discussions, and assessments is voluntary. However, active involvement is highly encouraged to gain maximum benefit from the programme. -
Children Not Allowed During Sessions:
Parents are not allowed to accompany their child/children during training sessions. In special cases, paid crèche services may be provided by the organisers upon request. -
Safe and Respectful Environment:
Participants are expected to maintain respectful and cooperative behaviour with trainers, staff, and fellow participants. Misconduct may result in removal from the programme. -
Media and Photo Consent:
By registering, participants agree that photos or videos taken during the sessions may be used by Inclusia India and/or Anand Special School for educational, awareness, and promotional purposes (e.g., social media, reports, or website). -
Photography and Recording Restrictions:
Participants are strictly prohibited from taking any photos, audio, or video recordings during the sessions or within the premises—especially involving students of Anand Special School—without written permission from the authorities. -
Data Privacy:
All personal details shared by participants will be kept confidential and used only for training-related communication and internal documentation. -

Follow-Up & Alumni Access:
Inclusia India may offer follow-up sessions, networking meets, or create alumni groups for continuous learning and peer support. Participants of SAATHI 1.0 will be given priority access to such opportunities. -
No Transport Facility Provided:
Participants must make their own travel arrangements. No transport facility will be provided by the organisers. -
No Meals Included:
The registration fee and the course fees cover only training sessions and study material. No snacks or food will be provided during the programme. -
Use of Material and Books:
All books and training materials provided by Inclusia India and Anand Special School are for use within the training premises only. Participants are not allowed to take copies, Xerox, or carry materials outside without permission. -
