1. Eligibility for Full Refund:

a. Duplicate payment
b. Technical issues from the payment gateway
c. Cancellation of the programme by Anand Rehabilitation Trust
d. Cancellation by the applicant with in the cancellation period, if any.

2. Partial Refund:

a. Partial refunds may be provided if found appropriate by Anand Rehabilitation Trust under special circumstances.
b. Partial refund may depend on the specific terms and condition of the programme/registration too.
c. If a participant cancels the entry after the programme begins, tuition fees for the used/attended period will not be refunded.
d. There will be no refund for the ongoing calendar month for any programme.
e. A 50% refund will be provided for the unattended period if the cancellation is made within 15 calendar days from the batch/course start date.
f. Any type of fee is non-transferable to another candidate or another programmes.

3. Refund Request:

a. All refund requests must be communicated via email within 7 days of payment to anandrehabilitationtrust@gmail.com.
b. Mention the reason for the refund along with transaction details/screenshots.

4. Processing Time:

a. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of approval of the refund request.
b. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

5. Non-refundable Charges:

a. Convenience fees, gateway charges, and any applicable taxes charged by the payment gateway will not be refundable.

6. Dispute Resolution:

a. In case of any dispute related to refunds, the decision of Anand Rehabilitation Trust shall be final and binding.
