   1. Why SAATHI 2.0

       Because parents are the first and most consistent educators.

       When parents learn the right approach, children grow with confidence and dignity.

   2.TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SAATHI 2.0

       By registering for SAATHI 2.0, participants agree to the following:

a. Programme Nature

     SAATHI 2.0 is a parent education and guidance programme designed to support parents of children with special               needs. It is not a therapy service, not a medical programme, and not a professional certification course.

     The programme aims to guide and support parents; however, outcomes may vary for each child. Progress depends           on factors such as parents’ involvement, creativity, consistency in practice, family support, home environment, and             the nature and severity of the child’s disability. The training equips parents with knowledge and strategies; actual               results are influenced by how this learning is applied in daily life.

b. Eligibility & Participation

• Open to parents/caregivers, teachers, shadow teachers, and rehabilitation worker, subject to seat availability.

• Minimum age 18 years at the time of registration.

• One registration is valid for only one participant at a time

• Participation is voluntary; active involvement is encouraged

c. Limited Seats

• 50 participants per batch

• First-come, first-served after registration review

• Additional applicants may be wait-listed

d. Programme Structure

• Commencement Date: 01.03.2026

• Duration: 6 months

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Mode: Offline or Online, as chosen by the candidate or decided by the organiser.

e. Fees & Payments

• Deposit amount /fee is collected as a security and commitment fee and does not carry any interest.

• Fees payable as per announced structure and Payment Schedule

• A Discount of 20% is only for the candidates who register themselves in a group of four members on the same day. Each candidate will get 20% discount on monthly basis. Please note in this group only one candidate is permitted from Anand Special School.

• Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as per Refund Policy

• No adjustment for missed sessions

• New Parents                                         : ₹ 3000/- month

   Online Mode:

• Parents from Anand Special School    : ₹ 3000/- month

• New Parents                                         : ₹ 3500/- month

• New Parents                                         : ₹ 3500/- month

   Online Mode:

• Parents from Anand Special School    : ₹ 3500/- month

• New Parents                                         : ₹ 4000/- month

f. Attendance & Conduct

• Regular attendance expected

• Missing more than 3 sessions without prior written approval shall result in removal, without any refund.

• Respectful conduct with trainers, staff, and peers is mandatory

• Sessions may be postponed, rescheduled, or conducted online due to unavoidable circumstances. No refund shall be applicable in such cases.

g. Communication & Notifications

• Official communication related to the programme (including schedules, payment reminders, announcements, or changes) will be done via WhatsApp, phone call, and emails.

• Failure to read, check, or respond to these communications will not be considered a valid reason for absence, delay, or non-compliance.

• All notifications and communication will be done to the registered mobile number and email id.

• h. Study Material

• Study material will be provided in the form of pdf files.

• No print material and books will be provided.

• Candidates are responsible for taking the prints of the study material.

i. Materials & Content Usage

• Materials are for personal learning only.

• Recording, copying or distribution of material is strictly prohibited.

j. RCI Status

• The programme is not RCI-certified and does not guarantee employment or qualification

• RCI syllabus alignment is for academic reference and awareness only

k. Children during Sessions

• Children are strictly not allowed during sessions

• Paid creche services may be arranged in special cases, subject to availability

l. Media Consent

• Participants consent to photos/videos for educational/promotional use

• Personal recording is not permitted

m. Right to Modify

• Organisers may modify terms and conditions, schedules, place, trainers, content or terms for smooth functioning

n. Acceptance of terms and conditions

• Registration confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions

o. Rules for Offline Sessions (At Centre / Venue)

• Participants enrolled in the offline mode are not permitted to attend online sessions unless officially allowed by the organisers.

• Participants must arrive on time for all sessions. Late entries may not be allowed frequently.

• Attendance will be marked at the beginning of each session.

• Children are not allowed inside the training sessions.

• Participants must follow instructions given by trainers and staff.

• Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during sessions.

• Photography, audio recording, or video recording is strictly prohibited without written permission.

• Participants must maintain a safe, respectful, and cooperative environment.

• Any form of disturbance, argument or inappropriate behaviour may lead to removal from the programme.

• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers are not liable for loss or damage.

• No food or beverages are allowed inside the training area/classroom unless permitted.

p. Rules for Online Sessions

• Participants enrolled in the online mode are not permitted to attend offline sessions unless officially allowed by the organisers.

• Participants must join sessions using a stable internet connection.

• Joining the session on time is mandatory. Late entry may be restricted.

• Camera may be kept ON or OFF as instructed by the trainer.

• Participants must keep the microphone muted unless asked to speak.

• Recording, screen-recording, screenshots, or sharing session content is strictly prohibited.

• Session links are for registered participants only and must not be shared.

• Participants are expected to attend from a quiet, distraction-free environment.

• Technical issues from the participant’s side (internet/device) are their own responsibility.

• Missed online sessions will not be repeated or compensated.

• Any misuse of online platforms may lead to suspension or removal from the programme.

• q. Common Rules (Applicable to Both Modes)

• Active participation is encouraged for better learning.

• Respect for trainers, staff and fellow parents/participants is mandatory.

• Programme materials are for personal learning only.

• ·All programme rules, payment schedules, refund policies, and terms must be followed.

r. Certification

• * A 'Certificate of Achievement' will be awarded by the organising institution to candidates who successfully pass the final examination conducted at the end of the course.

• * This certificate represents self-learning and achievement during the programme and does not prepare for employment.

   3.  PAYMENT SCHEDULE – SAATHI 2.0

• The course fees shall be paid in the following instalments:

• One month fee is payable as Deposit Money with the first instalment.

• Fees must be paid on or before the 5th day of each month.

• Late payment charges of ₹20 per day will be applicable after the due date.

• If payment is delayed by more than 10 days, the registration will be cancelled automatically.

• Resumption is subject to approval by the organisers and availability of seats after the payment of one-month additional fee

• Fees once paid are refundable only according to the refund policy. All fees are non-transferable to another participant, programme or batch.

   4.  REFUND POLICY

• This Refund Policy applies to all participants enrolled in SAATHI 2.0 – Parents’ Training Programme, organised by Anand Special School and Inclusia India.

a.   Eligibility for Full Refund

• A full refund may be granted only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment

• If the payment is done more than the payable amount.

• Cancellation of the programme by the organiser.

• Cancellation by the applicant before the commencement of the programme.
  (All refunds are subject to verification and approval.)

b.  Partial Refund Policy

• No refund shall be applicable once the programme has started in cases where fees are paid through monthly or instalment-based payments.

• Fees paid for the used or attended period will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• The deposit amount may be adjusted only towards the last month’s fee, if the participant completes the full course.

• The deposit amount is non-refundable in case the participant quits or discontinues the course before completion of the full programme.

• 50% refund for the unattended period may be considered only if the full course fee has been paid in advance. Monthly or instalment-based payments are not eligible for any refund of unattended sessions. Deposit money is not refundable in circumstances.

• All fees are strictly non-transferable to another participant, programme, or batch.

c.   Non-Refundable Charges

• Deposit money is not refundable in any circumstances; it can be used only for the payment of the last month’s fee. Payment gateway / convenience charges Platform fees and applicable taxes

d.  Refund Request Procedure

• Requests must be emailed within 7 days of payment to: anandspecialschoolsurat@gmail.com Include reason for refund and payment proof/screenshots.

e.   Processing Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the confirmation of refund approval. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment or to the bank account of the candidate.

f.    Dispute Resolution

• The decision of Anand Special School and Inclusia India shall be final and binding. Any unresolved dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat only.

​g.   Policy Updates

• The organisers reserve the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
